Rustic, romantic and totally natural are just some of the many ways to describe the South End of Salt Spring where this maternity session takes place. In the dry heat of the summer, the green grass is browning. Daisies, buttercups and wild roses are popping out amongst the lush under bush. The land feels ripe, June is exquisite here. Soma and Michael are becoming parents for the first time and their love is right out in the open. It is my honour to shoot this very special session with them.
